A Cowork plan is a proposal, not a commitment. Review it before any action starts. Good plan review checks five things: goal fit, source coverage, risky steps, missing verification, and stop conditions. You have four responses to a plan: approve, redirect, pause, or stop. All four are legitimate. Clicking approve without understanding the plan is not supervision. It is abdication with extra steps.
